Hello! My name is Angela Rose, I am a heart healer, energy clearer, spiritual mentor, and embodiment guide. I am here to hold space for you, and guide you on your journey to healing and empowerment using a mind, body, spirit approach.

In our work together, we will focus on making friends with our feelings, cultivating self love, and connecting to our emotions through body awareness. My mission is to help you integrate all aspects of yourself-past and present, and connect with your intuition so that you can feel confident, secure, purposeful, and loved NOW, just as you are. I believe that you are fully Human and fully Divine, and I am here to help you embrace your Wholeness.
